1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Atlas Automation's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Atlas Automation provides website design and development services for home service contractors, including but not limited to:
- Professional website design and development
- Website hosting and maintenance
- SEO optimization services
- Content management solutions
- Related consulting services
3. Pricing & Payment
Payment Terms: Payment is due in full before website delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Payment must be made via approved methods (credit card, bank transfer)
- Starter Package: $497 one-time
- Professional Package: $997 one-time
- Premium Package: $1,997 one-time
- Hosting renewal: $97/year (due annually)
- Maintenance: $97/month (optional)
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery Guarantee: Websites will be delivered within 48 hours of receiving all required materials and payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Completeness of client-provided materials
- Response time for client feedback
- Scope changes requested by client
- Technical requirements or integrations
5. Revisions Policy
- Starter Package: Includes 1 round of revisions
- Professional Package: Includes 2 rounds of revisions
- Premium Package: Includes 3 rounds of revisions
- Additional revisions billed at $75/hour
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial delivery
6. Hosting & Maintenance
- 3 years of hosting included with initial purchase
- After 3 years, hosting renewal is $97/year
- Maintenance is optional at $97/month
- Maintenance includes: security updates, plugin updates, minor content changes
- Hosting does not include: new page creation, major redesigns, custom features
7. Refund Policy
30-Day Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your website, request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Full refund if website was not delivered as specified
- No refund if client has requested and received revisions
- No refund after 30 days from delivery
- Hosting fees are non-refundable
8. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, client owns the website and its content
- Atlas Automation retains rights to portfolio use (client name, website screenshots)
- Client grants Atlas Automation permission to display work in portfolio
- Stock images licensed for client use only
9. Limitation of Liability
- Services provided "as is" without warranties beyond what is stated
- We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings
- We are not liable for lost business due to website downtime
- Maximum liability limited to amount paid for services
10. Cancellation
- Client may cancel at any time before website delivery
- No refund after website has been delivered and client has approved
- Hosting subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice
